T.K. Stanley, Inc. was originally founded as a sawmill in Wayne County, Mississippi and incorporated in 1979.  In 1980 the company diversified and began a relationship with the oil and gas industry in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi as the premier rig mover and location builder in the South.

A family-owned business, T.K. Stanley, Inc. is proud of its tradition of entrepreneurship.  Growing from just a handful of family members and close friends, the company now employs more than 1250 people throughout the southern and western regions.  T.K. Stanley operates nineteen locations throughout the Gulf Coast, New Mexico, Arkansas and Oklahoma to serve its customer needs.
